WAYNE GREGAN:

Wayne Gregan has been in the moving industry since 1989. He has been one of our van operators since February, 1998. Wayne lives in Sierra Vista, AZ with his wife Patty and two children-Joshua and Kristen. When he is not on the road Wayne likes to spend time at home with his family and working around the house. He also enjoys working with his computer and with model trains.

Wayne was recently recognized with one of United's most prestigious awards when he was named one of four United Van Lines 1999-2000 Van Operators of the Year. In announcing this year's Van Operators of the Year, United Van Lines President Patrick J. Larch said: "The United Van Lines 1999/2000 Van Operators of the Year and runners-up have been selected on total performance-quality service, claims information, safety performance issues, customer relations, operational commitment and cooperation-during the period July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000. Of major consideration in selecting the honorees is their demonstrated professionalism in supporting the United Customer Service Pledge."

When asked about this award Wayne had this to say:

"In 1979 I made my first trip as a mover's helper with my uncle. The trip started out as 'just a quick trip to San Diego and back'. Three weeks later we ended up in Massachusetts and I had to fly home.

I didn't officially start in the moving industry until 1989 when I began driving for another company. I soon discovered that the moving industry was all about people. I came to United Van Lines in 1993 looking for a company driven by quality and customer satisfaction. I moved to Golden Eagle Moving Services in 1998 looking for a partner in the United Agent family that was strongly committed to putting the customer first. Believe me, I have finally found one! Bob Johnson and his team of professionals are committed to the customers 100%.

The moving industry has come a long way like so many others in this age of technology. But one thing has remained the same-making sure the customer is completely (100%) at ease with their move. Each customer approaches his move differently. I try to find out what particular concerns each customer has and work to solve all of them in each move I make.

I am greatly honored by this award. It would not have been possible without the support and commitment from Golden Eagle Moving Services and United Van Lines."

TOM REDDING:

Tom Redding has been a van operator in the moving industry for over 25 years and a van operator for United Van Lines for the past 13 years. He has been one of Golden Eagle's van operators since 1993. Tom lives in Palmdale, CA with his wife Debbie and his youngest child Tommy. He also has three daughters and three grandchildren.

When he is not on the road Tom is very involved with his son in NHRA Junior Drag Racing. He has his own website, www.reddingracing.com.

During the time he has been one of our van operators, Tom has been named United Van Lines Driver of the Month 7 times. This award is difficult to win one time, let alone seven times and his winning it seven times is probably unprecedented.

Tom was recently recognized with one of United's most prestigious awards when he was named one of four United Van Lines 2000-2001 Van Operators of the Year. Having one of our Van Operators named United's Van Operator of the Year is a great honor. Receiving back to back awards in this category is unprecedented.

Tom is an extremely hard worker whose production as a van operator is at the top of his field. His home is located on several acres in a rural area where he and his family take care of a number of animals. His profession of van operator, his extensive involvement in Jr. drag racing and maintaining his home keep him busy all the time. During the over 9 years Tom has been one of Golden Eagle's van operators his care of customers and their furniture and his attention to detail have been outstanding. During this time Tom has handled in excess of 1300 interstate moves with almost no claims for damage.

BRINDLY BOUTTE:

Brindly Boutte has been a van operator for over 35 years. Brindly has been one of Golden Eagle's van operators since April, 1995.

When he is not on the road Brindly spends most of his time in Mobile, AL where he is building a new home. Brindly has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. His main hobby is drag racing.

During the time he has been one of our van operators, Brindly has been named United Van Lines Driver of the Month twice. Since winning this award even once is difficult, winning it twice is a considerable achievement.

Brindly is a consummate professional whose customers rave about how "wonderful" he is. He is known to his customers and to the moving industry as a very kind and considerate driver who goes out of his way to work with his customers and to help others. His consistent positive attitude is contagious.
